About Our Program

Welcome to Naturally Green Vermont. As our name indicates, our products are completely natural with no artificial chemicals and no artificial preservatives. Mother nature is our only natural preservative providing cold frosty nights that set our fragrant balsam needles into place.

In our quest to be earth friendly, our greens are cut from Christmas trees that are basal pruned so that no tree is damaged or cut as a result of our utilizing the boughs in the production of our products, all of which are 100% guaranteed.

We have over 30 years experience in manufacturing and providing our customers with the best possible product with the best possible pricing. We are available to you at any time. If you have any questions or concerns please call or email us.

All organizations must complete a registration form by October 16th, 2024. You must register before selling. We provide all selling material free of charge when you sell our products.

Our products are shipped to you via UPS starting in mid November to the first week in December, depending on your location. All of our packages have tracking numbers which will be provided to you by e-mail from Quantum View which is UPS software that generates the tracking number. Orders need to be in by October 25th for Thanksgiving delivery and November 5th for all other deliveries.

Naturally Green Vermont Offers Two Types Of Fundraising Programs:

1) Bulk Orders: Order in bulk where the entire shipment goes to one commercial address. *Bulk Orders require 25% of the total order to be paid at the time the order is placed, final payment due 15 days after the order leaves Naturally Green Vermont.

2) Individual Gift Program: Gift items are shipped directly to the recipient anywhere in the Continental United States. (We Do Not Ship To Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.) *Individual gift program items are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

We highly recommend that you collect your money at the time of the sale. The chairperson or the person ordering is responsible for payment. If a credit card has been provided, it will be charged the balance before late fees are applied.

We recommend an $6 - $9 mark up in order to provide a reasonable price and to ensure a successful fundraiser for your organization.

On the enclosed pages, pricing for our products and shipping charges are provided. All of our products are decorated with four loop bows with button and pine cones and are placed in a clear plastic bag to maintain freshness during shipping.
